Privacy policy

Draft for legal review. This policy is not in force yet.Version 2026-10-21-draft-1. Marked items are open questions for the owner or the lawyer.

This policy covers marketanything, the service that finds businesses that can send you customers and emails them in your name, run from iMessage. It also covers this website.

1. Who we are

Boolean Bliss, LLC runs marketanything (“we”). marketanything used to be called Engagemix. You can reach us at [email protected] or by mail at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901.

2. What we collect, and from whom

From you, the business owner

  • Your mobile number, and every text you send us and we send you.
  • What you tell us about your business: its name, what you sell, who your best customers are, your goals, offers and prices, the name you sign emails with, your mailing address, and any photos you send.
  • What we look up about your business from public sources, such as your listing and your website.
  • Your decisions: yes, skip, changes, and rules such as “never contact X”.
  • Proof of your consent: which welcome text you got (its version and a fingerprint of its words), when you first texted back, and any STOP or START. Our invite records keep a one-way fingerprint of your number, not the number itself.
  • If you connect Gmail: your Gmail address and the keys Google gives us to send for you (section 7).

About the businesses we contact for you

  • Published business details: name, website, address, phone, listing details, and published email addresses.
  • The name, role and work email of a person at the business, only when the business's own website publishes it or a contact-data source lists it as verified. We never guess an email address.
  • The emails we send them, their replies, and any bounce, spam report or request to stop.

To run the service

Logs, timings, errors and the cost of each step.

On this website

This website sets no cookies and runs no ads or tracking scripts. Our host keeps standard request logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

3. How we use it

  • To do the work you ask for: learn your business, find businesses, write and send emails, text you about it, and keep your dashboard.
  • To keep the records the law requires: your consent to texts, the address and opt-out in each email, and the do-not-email lists.
  • To keep the service safe and to fix problems. Only the people who run marketanything may read a conversation, and only to fix a problem you report or one we find. (Pending our lawyer’s review.)

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Texts

We text you from (628) 789-5383 about your account and the work we do for you. You agree to these texts by texting back after our welcome text. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to texts with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

5. Emails we send for you

Each email goes in your business's name, from a reply address we set up for your business. The business that gets it sees your business's name, the email, the name you sign with, and your mailing address in the footer. The footer also names us, as the company that sends it for you, with our postal address, and gives a one-click unsubscribe link. Replies come back to that reply address, and we text you what they said.

6. The AI

marketanything's replies and emails are written by an AI model run by an outside provider. It reads your texts, your business facts, the businesses we found and the replies they send. Today that provider processes and stores data on servers in the People's Republic of China.

We do not promise that AI providers do not train on what they process.

7. Google user data

Connecting Gmail is optional, and only possible when it is turned on for your account. If you connect it:

  1. What we get. Your Gmail address and your Google account ID, so we know which Google account is connected; your name, if Google includes it; and the keys Google issues to send email for you.
  2. Who else sees it. Your Gmail address goes to our AI model provider (section 6), so the AI knows which account is connected, and to our texting provider when we text you about Gmail. Businesses you email from Gmail see that address. Nothing else from your Google account is shared.
  3. What sending does. The permission we ask for, gmail.send, only sends. We use it to send the emails you approve, from your Gmail, under the rules in our terms.
  4. What we cannot do. We cannot read your inbox, and we never delete, change or label anything in your Gmail. If we ever ask to read replies to the emails we sent, we will update this policy first and ask you again on Google's screen. Reply text read that way would be processed by the service providers in section 8, only to tell you about replies and handle them.
  5. How we store it. Google's keys are encrypted before they are stored, and never written to logs.
  6. What we never do with it. We never use Google user data for ads, never sell it, and never use it to train AI models. People at marketanything see it only with your permission, for security, or when the law requires it.
  7. How to stop. Tap Disconnect on your dashboard's Gmail page, text us “stop using my Gmail”, or remove marketanything under Third-party connections in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/connections).
  8. Deleting it. When you disconnect, we hand the permission back to Google and erase the stored keys. If Google can't be reached, the connection is never used again and we keep trying until Google confirms. Your Gmail address is deleted with the rest of your account (section 10).

marketanything's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

More help: Gmail and marketanything.

9. How long we keep it

WhatHow long
Your account: texts, emails, business facts, dashboardWhile your account is open, then 30 days after it closes
Proof of your consent to texts, STOP and START, and the do-not-contact lists5 years, even after you ask us to delete
Your business's reply addressAt least 30 days after its last email, so late replies and opt-outs still reach us
A business's do-not-email entryFor as long as we send email, so a request to stop keeps working
Records of AI calls30 days
Database backupsThey expire on their own, within 30 days

These periods are our current practice. (Pending our lawyer’s review.)

10. Your choices

  • Get a copy. Text “send me a copy of my data”, or write to [email protected]. We check with you by text before we send it.
  • Delete. Text “delete my data”, or write to us. We stop the work, delete your account data, and keep only what section 9 says we must.
  • Stop. Text STOP at any time.

We record a texted request at once, answer it with one fixed text, and complete it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be treated differently for asking. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected]; we answer the appeal within 45 days. (Pending our lawyer’s review.)

11. Businesses we contacted

  • To stop our emails, reply to any of them, or use the one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. When you reply, the account that wrote to you never emails you again by itself. If your reply asks us to stop, no one using marketanything emails that address again.
  • To have your details deleted, write to [email protected]. We delete your contact details from every account and keep only a do-not-email entry, so that we never write to you again.

12. Security

  • Our servers accept no direct connections from the internet except our operator's. Everything else reaches them through a secure tunnel.
  • Keys and passwords are kept out of our code, and Google's keys are encrypted.
  • We never ask for your passwords.

Our providers encrypt your data in transit and at rest. Only the people who run marketanything can reach it. If a breach affects your data, we tell you by text without undue delay. (Pending our lawyer’s review.)

13. Children

marketanything is for business owners aged 18 and over.

14. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we text you before the change takes effect. Each version stays readable at its own dated address.
